RCI Offroad needed to establish and scale their digital and print marketing efforts, including paid social campaigns, booklets, cohesive branding, and automated email communications. They were also transitioning from Mailchimp to Listrak, requiring a seamless CRM integration to maintain ongoing campaigns and customer flows.
I led the graphic branding for the company while designing paid social media graphics and email marketing communications. Additionally, I managed the full CRM migration from Mailchimp to Listrak, ensuring all customer data, campaigns, and automated journeys transitioned smoothly.
The project established a professional, cohesive brand presence across paid and organic channels, improved email marketing performance through automation, got a full product catalog into the hands of hundreds of potential customers, and delivered a seamless CRM transition. These efforts collectively strengthened RCI Offroad’s marketing operations and positioned the brand for scalable growth across channels.
